What level can I do WG?

making new toon and wondering what level I can start wintergrasp?

classic wow says 71, Old forum post on here says 75 (I'm 75 now)

I can use the portal to go to wg but the queue doesn't pop up and the guy in dalaran just ignores me when I try talk to him did they change it to 77 or something?

I think wg was always start at 77
