1. harder dungeon difficulty with better rewards

    Tired of the easy dungeons that dont really reward that much?

    well how about a new dungeon difficulty "mythic". This new dungeon will reward 2 emblembs of triumph per every boss killed and 1 emblem of frost at completion of the dungeon at mythic difficulty which will not be a one time per day thing but rather a repetitive thing, further on mythic difficulty dungeons should have a 13 or 17% chance to drop a random piece of 10 man ulduar gear and possibly a 2.5% chance to drop toc 10 man piece of gear, these pieces will only drop from the last boss is the dungeon. side-note the mythic dungeon difficulty will only be available to people with the minimum gearscore of 4800

    Well if this concept does not suit you then here is another idea.
    A catch-up system, each heroic dungeon complete will award a shard, after collecting enough shards you can go to a specific faction vendor and purchase toc 10 gear, trinkets and rings.

    Personally I feel like this would be a very good change as people will have a way to get better gear without raiding, and more people will join dungeons.

  2. Mythics have been suggested, and always denied. If you want ToC 10 or Ulduar 10 loot, play those raids. The items would be at best on par with what you already get from FoS/PoS/HoR N/HC.

    If I'm not mistaken, with the GS requirement of 4800, you'd hardly need ToC/Ulduar 10 loot anyway.
    Also it should be average item level based requirement, not GS.

    We already have a catch up mechanic. That's Frozen Halls dungeons, yes those already mentioned FoS, PoS, & HoR.
    Emblems are the shards. You do those "catch up" dungeons and you get emblems to buy T9, 245 ilvl items (trinkets and rings included).
