WotLK Addons notworking?

Hello!

I just started playing on this server. Been trying to get some addons to work and show in the addons screen ingame.
But once I log in, they dont load and I cant configure them.

For example:
Bartender is installed, it shows in the ADDON list, but ingame, /bt or /bartender does not work

Did I miss anything?

I also see that my keybindings for the other action bars (standard wow bars) are not working
I hope somebody can help
