WotLK i cant donate

When i want to donate via credit card and select desired amount window pops up that says that my payment from 2018 is refunded. the thing is i dont recal that i ever tried to danate before so i dont know what transaction they are talking about. However, i am not really interested in figuring out what was that transaction, i just want to donate with my credit card but i cant go to next step couse of that window. please let me know how to resolve this problem and how can i send screenshot of this window that pops up when i want to donate. thanks.
