They should just spawn DMF at both locations to avoid the griefing that happens.

This goes against the spirit of the game.

That was the original message during the bugtracker though, so not really it isn't.
initially spawned in mulgore then removed and added to elwynn then removed and now in mulgore again, extremely inconsistent.
i don't understand the reasoning to go against the game calendar and do the classic one which makes no sense whatsoever but to make the communication between devs and players even less existant than it already is.
the same issue happeend with rend buff for less than a month ago it had no CD for about a week and now it has a 1hr CD again.
it's dissapointing especially since due to delayed bugtracker all of these changes are basically shadow changes.

There was no inconsistency. Like someone said, the server crashed and it appeared in the wrong place when the server was back. That crash probably just rolled its location back to where it was before.
