WotLK PVE Resto druid bis

Hi guys. I am a lvl 45 resto druid on ICECROWN and I am very confused on what items to get because where I look I see items that I do not find in game or if I go to the indicated vendor he is not there or he does not have the items. I do not have time for raids yet but until I make some time I want to get the best item possible for every slot to manage to enter heroic dungeons and then do heroic to get emblems and buy new items to prepare for raids. So the questions is can I find a good list with items that I need to be able to do heroic and then an updated list with items from heroic to prepare for raids ( I am planning on doing them from the start like naxx etc if it is possible on this sv) ?

For pre heroic just buy w/e cheap boe caster gear you can get.
