WotLK can't upgrade my ICC ring

Hey there, So i have this problem where i can't get the upgraded ring from icc rep. The quest givers are both white, there not blue. Also when i started i grabbed the wrong ring, but i have the right ring now. So when i go to upgrade it asks for the first ring that i chose, but when i go to the other quest giver it wont let me change the ring.

what do i do?
