Give paladins a taunt and some source of mana regen to help tank shortage

As title says, please allow paladins to tank to help the tank shortage that WE SAW ON LIVE CLASSIC and we are seeing here in warmane as no surprise.
A single hand of reckoning without damage, spiritual attunement as a passive spell and you will have another whole class tanking.

We are running down the "no changes" road that classic went and we already know the results, why make the same mistake?
