Realms Toggle PvP for non max lvl characters.

I know that we will never get a full opt in, opt out pvp system.

But for the love of god! Please let me level my alts in peace.

Currently, the only way to level is through dungeons, since alliance players are constantly camping all major horde quests hubs in the entire world 24/7. Questing is simply not possible since they will either camp you for hours on end, or simply kill all the quest NPC's.

I dont care about having to death-walk into ICC everytime i wanna join a raid, but pls give us a way to lvl in peace.

A pvp toggle for non-max lvl characters or even just characters below lvl 70 would help a lot with this.

Our servers are PvP, that's part of what comes with playing in a PvP server.
