Character deleted on icecrown

Hello dear kind sir, I logined around a year ago and I had 2 character at that time, but now they are gone, I don't remember if I deleted them or not, I wish to recover them if possible, those 2 character were really precious to me, one was named Znd, the other I don't remember correctly, please I really want to play on that character named Znd.

Unless they were manually deleted within the last 30 days, they are gone. In the off chance that applies, they should appear in the Character Restoration service https://www.warmane.com/account/services. If they aren't there, either they were deleted longer than 30 days ago or they were removed in an inactivity clean up for being lower than level 50 in a non-Premium account.
