Technical suddenly latency skyrocketed 22k+

After gold squish my latency skyrocketed up to 22k+ i can even move my character a bit , i have changed all my hardware as well as my software but still no effect i contacted the GMs but usual same reply no problem from our side check ur inter net i am fed up will almost lose all that i build in that character. if someone can help plz help me.

I'm guessing you haven't done a single thing to try to fix your internet connection? That would be a good place to start.

You changed all your hardware to fix a latency problem? Even your monitor?
