    PVP items for 70 twinks

    I came from official classic wrath server. There we have vendor which sells BIS pvp items for honor. Here vendor sells for arena points and it requires rating.
    Can we change it to have the same as in official wow? It will increase popularity of 70 lvl twinking.

    We do it like the actual official WoW, not the baby version they called "Classic."
