Realms Icy Chill enchant

Hi, maybe I'm not the first to ask this. I would just like to know why there are still players here, for example, I meet them on Blackrock, especially paladins, who have the Icy Chill enchant on their weapons? As far as I know, it has been deleted from the vendor on Blackrock a long time ago and cannot be bought anymore. Imho on Icecrown you can still make this enchant right? So why do these players have an advantage when they bought it on BR years ago (or make it on IC) and still use this weapon with this enchant? It should be balanced somehow, delete it on all realms or allow it and then give it back to the vendor on blackrock. Thanks for reply and enjoy

it have been fixed and nerfed check changelog, the enchant became useless

ah, that would be good, but it's strange that one of the best ret paladins on this server is still using it on his SHM, maybe I'll have to ask him if it's still usable or not, but thx for your reply
