Realm Icecrown has been having problems with my mobile network for a long time.

It stays on picture 2 and picture 1 comes again.
Other realms work fine, except Icecrown. Currently, I run Icecrown with vpn, which works, but I have very high ping, which is reasonable. Is there no other solution to fix it?
