Realms Spellsurge enchant

Hi,

I would like to ask about weapon enchant - spellsurge. Unfortunately you can't buy it on blackrock anymore, but it is available on other realms. I was used to use it kinda often. Especially for a healer in 2s with a mana-burned paladin it was quite a good thing. Would it be possible to add it to blackrock?
