WotLK Profession for feral tank

Hello.I am currently on a debate on which profession should I take on my feral tank beside jewercrafting.Engineering(for the nitro boots and armor enchant) or Leather working(for the +62 stamina raw stat). Planing on only playing Icc and RS with it.

Leatherworking - Fur Lining - 62 Stam (1011HP* with Kings)
Enchanting - 2x Ring Enchants - 60 Stam (978 HP with Kings)
Mining - Toughness - 60 Stam (978 HP with Kings)
Blacksmithing - 2 Sockets - 60 Stam (978 HP with Kings)
Engineering - {Reticulated Armor Webbing} 885 Armor to gloves which is roughly worth 60 Stam of EHP

*Renamed "Hit Points" to HP, for consistency.
