Realms Eternal water / Crystallized water

These materials are needed for multiple engineering recipes, but they are not available to buy from the engineering profession vendor for free or for honor at all. my request is simple, please add Crystallized water and eternal water to the engi proff vendor on Blackrock, either for free or for honor. :)

Just go to Enchanting or Blacksmithing vendors, they must have it.

not a single profession has it in their vendor, i checked every one of them.
