Technical Default settings every time I launch the game

Every time like the first time. My every session starts with scrolling settings which is annoying. Also when i logging in it asks authentication code and in mail its saying that it is a new location. The code is not a big deal, but the settings problem kinda scares me. When i will be using macros will they also be deleted?

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files and click OK.
