Site Unable to collect points.

I have had my Warmane account for around eight months now and the only time I have ever been able to collect points was on Christmas day. My main character has over 1000 achievement points yet I am never able to collect points.

Same. I have enough achievment points on my Onyxia character and still cant collect points via account menu.

You need the 1k points in Lordaeron/Icecrown.

Lol, what a load of ****. All I wanted to do was rename my characters so I guess I'll have to buy coins instead. Thanks for the help anyways, appreciate it.

1k points in Icecrown/Lordaeron is quite easy. Considering Onyxia's duration, I would recommend doing some quick 80 and old content for the points in Icecrown.
