There are no Protwar in the top 70 in soloq. I think they are too weak and it is necessary to increase at least the damage from a shield strike by 20%. And also the shock wave sometimes began to go underground instead of the enemy.

There are no Protwar in the top 70 in soloq. I think they are too weak and it is necessary to increase at least the damage from a shield strike by 20%. And also the shock wave sometimes began to go underground instead of the enemy.

No changes will be made just to balance races/classes to be meta. Only fixes to damage scalings and whatnot will be done, if they are somehow wrong.

If Shockwave is somehow bugged, I recommend making a bug report (search first if there's one already).
