WotLK Characted stuck after diying

Hello all:

Today I found a really annoying bug.

I joined RDF heroic in Orggrimar. Group was found, but some dps were AFK so we waited a bit until the system kick them and regroup. I used my Heartstone to go to Dalaran. After that, RDF system relaunches a new group. Some dps were AFK again. I went to Tanaris portal on the Violet Citadel. I got the portal, and while the screen is loading, the system moved me to the dungeon. I finished the dungeon (PoC 5H) and when I used the option "left the dungeon" in the green eye near the minimap, I got teleported to the MAELSTROM, in the middle of the sea, maybe 5000m up in the sky. I cannot reenter the dungeon "while falling", cannot use flight form, cannot use Heartstone "while moving". My characted died. Now my corpse is in the middle of the sea, my spirit is in The Barrens.



How can I solve this without paying a 15 ressurrection sickness and a high amount of gold repairing?
