Icecrown toons showing as lvl 1

Not sure what’s going on with my icecrown toons . They all show as lvl 1 but when I log they are the right lvl but models are messed up . For example my blood elf pally is showing as a dwarf in game ? Any ideas how to fix this .

I’ve deleted my cache and that didn’t resolve the issue . Which normally does if I do run into any visual bugs

some other ppl was wondering about that aswell in ogrimmar. im a undead and showing as a dwarf.
