    random lich king heroic error

    I've entered heroic dungeon dozens of times but now its say you may not queue for this you have not completed the required quest. Why does it suddenly give such an error and how can I solve it?

    RDF is trying to place you to PoS or HoR when you haven't done the prequisite quests.

    Do the quests, if it's due to those and not some other reason.
