The explanation is that you can't read.... you dont get challanger, rival , duelist form soloQ dude.
You get them from 2v2 / 3v3 :D

Icecrown 2312 3v3 Gladiator r2, 2305 or so 3v3 Gladiator r3, soloque icecrown 2289 or so Warbringer + Plainsrunner (both), gl then next season. If u playing Blackrock u will need much more :) pce
