Why are they not getting banned? it seems that scammers are trying to sell "cheap coins" every single day spamming the chat.
then they are quick to write their discord in this case and shill their **** there.

Surely it should be in GM interest to remove these people as it is your money they are stealing?

They are getting banned, but they can create new free accounts, just like you did.
There aren't GMs 24/7 on every server, so if you want those banned you should report the ones that show up in times a GM isn't around.
