Darkmoon Faire Reputation Problem

I've been trying to reach my "Insane" title for the last 3 months now, but this little problem has occurred where I'm stuck at 2575 on Friendly with the Darkmoon Faire. I reported the problems many times prior to tickets as well to bugtracker, but still nothing!

I can't click on Dense Grinding stones > But I'm able to click on Rugged Armor Kit.
Thats where the bug is for me. Anybody have a problem as well?

Cause of this, it prevents me from gaining reputation as well as I HANDED in (Thorium Widget, Evil Bat Eyes, Glowing Scorpid Blood, Rugged Armor Kits, Darkmoon Faire Tickets) > as much as I don't know what Kerri Hicks (NPC) needs to gain rep.

I'm just wondering why I can't click on Dense Grinding Stones anymore after my rep reached (2575 / 6000) on Friendly the last 3 months now. Help?
