Looks like some were marked with "Pending" even tho they were fixed on live servers, for example:
https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/121721
and
https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/121487
but they updated status meanwhile.
"Pending" seems to mean "we have applied this fix and it will be available on server restart". Things only get marked as "Fixed" when they are published in the changelog even though they may have been fixed for weeks, potentially.
im thinking same but there are inconsistencies, like battle chicken buff has been applied for more than a week now but it is still pending, others are pending but not applied. either they forget to mark as fixed or they just want ppl to put feedback i guess.
Nah, I think they just going new level lazy, and saving them as "Pending" and updating them to "Fixed" only when a new changelog is released - to track easier what's been updated.
