WotLK can't buy wrathful shoulders even though i have the required rating in soloq

the wrathful shoulders on icecrown have a rating requirement of 2000 in either 3v3 or 5v5. i'm exactly 2000 rated in soloq (5v5) on my character, but when i try to buy the shoulders, i get this "You don't have the required rank for that item" message. what do i do?

You need the rating on a real 3v3 or 5v5 team, not 3v3 or 5v5 solo-queue.
