WotLK queuing for wintergrasp

I like to do the battle for wintergrasp and i queue always at 14 minutes and 59 seconds before start, so i as a horde can play every wg.
A while back i transferred to the alliance and i noticed there, when i queue at 14 minutes and 59 seconds before start i could not get in 90 percent of the time.

Can anyone help me with this issue or give me any tips?
i,m just wondering how other alliance people get into wintergrasp every time.

Think we need a fix for this. Marco possible work arounds aint much of an answer. Especially with the, im my view, extreme pvp gear prices here 15+ years later.
