WotLK weapon error

When I first joined "Warmane" I had no idea about WoW jobs and classes. I paid for the "Shadowmourne" but the toon is a Warrior. Is there anyway I can get that weapon, transfered to my Paladin toon?

But you can still use Shadowmourne on Warrior

Even ignoring the fact that can be used by a Warrior, this account is from 2018. It would be one thing to have played a week or two and changed your mind about the class. Support maybe could have done a one-time exception and moved the weapon, especially since it wasn't a flat out refund. But years later is way too much.
