Hello I've been playing here for a while and then I stopped few friends started playing again so I decided to join them, but when I logged into the account I see a message saying 'Your IP Address (128.1.42.44) has been suspended for 12 months 4 days due to Too many bans registered on IP' my account is banned and I do not recognize this IP Address if needed I can provide proof of what my IP is to the admins.

That IP block belongs to "Zenlayer Inc".
Do you have VPN software installed?
It seems you have tried to connect through a VPN at some point.
