WotLK Why only one of characters need to wait 20 secs before log out in horde cities?

I have 12 active characters on Warmane, but somehow only my warrior (Character name is Metafury) need to wait 20 secs before logging out in Silver moon everytime.

I have also tested other main cities, and here is the result:

- Silver moon - Need to wait every time
- Thunder bluff - Need to wait every time

- Orgrimmar - Don't need to wait
- Undercity - Don't need to wait
- Dalaran - Don't need to wait
- Shattrath - Don't need to wait
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've tried to delete the WTF folder, but it's not working. Any tips on why this is happening?

Check if you are in a pvp quest and abandon it.

Also if you just ported or flied there you may have to wait 5 minutes to be able to log out instantly, check to see if there's a countdown next to your portrait.
