WotLK NInja Looting

Hello.
A short while ago i made an ingame ticket being ninja looted. In the ticket i have attached screenshots and date.
The reply i got back was `thank you for you report`.
As i can see , nothing happened to the reported person, is there any way GMs can reply what wasnt good to my report or if that wasnt considered ninja ?
Or warmane allows ninja looting with no repercusions ?!
i dont really understand please make it clear for me.

Thank you for the reply.
I have checked again the rules of reporting , just wanted to make sure i totally understand it right, cause atm it doesnt make sense to myself.
So, i have screenshots with - full raid composition setup , leader name , ms changes , reserved item list, and screen when loot wasnt given to highest roller.
All screenshots are undedited.
For future reference , can i ask what i was missing ?
