After using relog ingame, my characters "dissapeared"

Same issue here. The homepage warmane.com/account/services correctly shows all my characters.

the char is still there by the looks of it. ppl my my guild still see it offline so its not deleted.

It's just a visual bug, they should all be there if you relog again.
