Technical No more Rare mob spawn in Graveyard Scarlet Monastery in 2024

Last year, the 3 rare mobs spawn of SC Graveyard was working properly (Azshir the Sleepless, Fallen Champion and Ironspine), but it's now broken, they don't spawn at all, i tried many many times and no one shows up :(
Any idea ? It seems broken.

Did SM:GY few days ago on my fresh mage alt. One of them was there. Forgot the name but it's the one on the left between the fenced area and mausoleum.

So they are certainly spawning.

Also in Icecrown.

hum ok... i should go back and try again... but it's weird. It was pretty common to see one of them from time to time... Maybe i had REALLY bad luck...
