WotLK help,The mage character on the Icecrown server has been lost

I have a mage character on the Icecrown server, with the highest level and a rank of approximately 5500. I haven't been in the game for nearly a year, and recently returned to the game. When I saw the game server selection interface, the Icecrown server displayed a character, (1), but when I entered the server character selection interface, it was empty and there was no character for me. Please seek help
