VPoint faction change in TBC

Is faction change for vote points going to be available once TBC comes around.
Want to play Paladin but I'm a horde player, should I wait for TBC to make it, or can I make an Alliance Paladin and then change faction

We have been suggesting that for a while now... As well as adding blue items to Vote Points shop to aid new players/alts.

I think that there's no intention of adding faction change unless there needs to be balancing between the faction.
Race change might become possible at later times.

I think they should make a 1 week pre-phase for everyone who's gonna do paladins on the horde side and shammies on the dog side. No need in faction change for vpoints

Hell no. There should NOT be such a thing.

I think most players expect a prepatch before the TBC launch. As progressive is the key word at Onyxia.
