do feral druids benefit from +mp5 buffs in cat form?

ex. greater blessing of wisdom.

i think cats get mana from mana totem from shamans.

dont get mana from shadow priest buff.

what else am i missing

Yes they do.
They benefit from all mp5 buffs but not from direct mana regen buffs like innervate

you most definitely get mana from innervate in cat form, just tried it.

Direct mana increases such as shaman totems wont effect druids in form, but innervate works due to it being a mana regen increase and not a direct mana increase
