If you're asking whether it's good to use anyr over lk heroic weapon the answer is a resounding no. The loss of spell power will not be made up by the amount you heal.Quote:

0.15 * 2000 = 300 (extra absorb)
300 extra absorb (on heals only and only 33% of the time) at the loss of 300 sp (terenas sp + gem + socket bonus - val'anyr sp) is an abysmally bad trade off when it comes to your throughput.
Edit: Since there's bound to be one guy out there saying "but it's good if you have comparable ilvl item/no other weapon". Yeah, duh.
