I started noticing it just when IoT and ToT opened, must be the new class "fixes":
Sometimes when I use a skill, it deducts my energy, but then like 0.2 sec later it does so again! I don't need to explain how much of a problem this can be, so has anyone noticed this too? I think it is related to how primal fury works.
UPDATE: Yeap, definitely noticing it more, especially on Rake and Mangle. (again, primal fury suspicion)
