Looking for twinking friends and twinking guild

Hi There,

I recently started playing wow and specifically on warmane. Quite like the idea of twinking as a fun challenge.
Wanted to reach out to see if there were any active Twinking guilds on any of the servers.

I currently play on icecrown but would be willing to play on another server with fellow twinkers.

As an aside, which twink brackets are generally most played in?
I'd like to try out the 1-19 bracket preferably.
