Retrieving my Original Account. (I am not Banned)

My Original account is "jovovic98" and besides just making an account who knows when, I don't think I have ever played on your servers.
That said, I cannot log-in that account cause password reset or any kind of reset doesn't work due to me not receiving any emails for it.

I went to make a new account with all my info and I can't due to all my info already being in use, so that's how I figured I have made an account long ago and I want to use that one, now.

I just need password reset to work properly and send my the confirmation thing on that email and that's it.

And if someone says there is traffic and automatic mails are busy, I made this account just to post this and all worked fine.

Tried making a Support Ticket but only option for an Appeal is for Bans? Very poorly designed, I'm not even banned...
