Most effective way to level?

Can anyone PM me with the fastest way to level? I don't tend to remember my forum posts very often so that's why I'm asking for a PM instead of reply here :p But here is fine too although I may forget this thread :D I have all classes full grievous or by the end of the month. But I don't have a Paladin. So yea, for completeness, I'm going to make a pala.

It is told the most effective way is power lvling(killing lvl 80 stuff with the help of a higher lvl player) buuuuttt..... its banable so dont ever do it.
Questing is the next best thing... still takes long tho

i'm looking for like.. areas with mobs within legal level range [within 10 levels of a character] but with too high respawn rate.. or a chain of auto complete quests.. things that u can use to speed up leveling process but aren't bannable. and to my knowledge, power leveling killing exceed level mobs no longer grants xp.
