they are not the same class, you cant tell who is better, Druids got strong HoTs Shaman got good aoe, it depends on you.
Some people like jumping around HoT everyone while some like to stand at their place.
depends what are you planing on doing with each character :)
Resto druid is a good healer in pvp and pve on the other hand Enha Shaman can keep a slow on a target like permanentley:) So you do the "math" :)
