How to heal after Massacre

How do u guys heal after each massacre on 10man? your group

Riptide on you
greater healing wave - tank
healing wave - dps
healing surge - dps
healing surge - dps

or

do you ask for rdps/mdps to stay near u and chain heal and then heal tank?

or any other way.

I'd say
GHW on tank, and healing surge until everyone is above 10k

I have Telluric Currents, so I simply spam LB's when tank is at respectable health and dps is above 10k to restore mana.
