When you dispel, or when you cancel your cast? I assume what is happening here is that you have stop casting macros for your dispel and interrupts, as you should, but there has been a bug here since the Cataclysm servers were first launched that causes a crash if you use /stopcasting, or any equivalent, such as pressing escape, after you use Spiritwalker's Grace but before you use any ability that has a hard cast time. I've reported it before, but it was lost when they cleaned things out for the upcoming 4.3 update.
If the problem still persists after they update the other servers to 4.3.4, which will hopefully happen tomorrow after one more changelog of bug fixes, I will remake the report. Hopefully it's not an extra bug entirely that happens specifically with our dispel, but I will work out the details after the update if nobody else does so first.
In the mean time, assuming it is still the same issue I described above, the only work around is to always ensure you use an ability with a hard cast time before trying to do any interrupts or dispelling. Once you start a hard cast on any ability, it shouldn't happen anymore, as long as the bug hasn't changed in some form. Hopefully it gets fixed pretty soon either way, as it is quite inconvenient.
