I have a question about the caster hit cap as enhancer. Dual Wield specialisation says it increases your chance to hit while dual wielding by 6% which would mean overall 6% hit for casts and melee attacks. But for some reason I have miss when Im at 18% caster hit (12% gear+6% skill). Is it a bug or does dw specialisation only count for melee?
