Enhanced Shaman Procs

I think he's referring to the spell alerts that show on screen when certain abilities proc; specifically the graphic that shows up with 5 stacks of Maelstrom weapon. I have the same problem. I have "show spell alerts" selected and the opacity is fine. Works on all my other chars except for my enhancement shaman. Not sure why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
