You cant xmog a buccaneers traditionally.
But i HAVE seen it Xmogged.

If you voted for the item previously and received it with no stats (can't be transmogged), it has been fixed now. I voted for it recently and received it with stats. I was basically waiting for eternity as well until I tried again lol.

And i cant mog. :<
literally just tried as well, had no stats on it when it arrived, therefore not transmogifriable. I've also done about 20 runs of Stockades to no avail.
Just brought and ,and cant xmog it.Any idea why? :(
