Trauma, worth it?

Hey!

I heard that Trauma had such a low proc rate that it wasnt even usefull, is this true?
If the proc rate is so low wouldnt it be better with the haste/crit given from Royal Scepter of terenas II?

Royal Scepter is better but trauma isnt bad. The proc rate is low but since chance heal has 5 chances to proc it it evens out.

IF they fixed the proc, trauma on a shamy is insanely op because: CH=3xproc=15 and shammies need aoe sometimes

So if u could donate for 1 of them, wich would it be?
